We have been sending chocolates through the mail for nearly 20 years and during that time continually sought to improve all the processes to ensure your chocolates reach you in the best possible condition. After packing, the box is cellophane overwrapped to ensure the contents are protected from moisture or tainting. The sealed box is then cartoned . The current one has been developed to provided a high degree of rigidity.  The carton is then shrink-wrapped to provide a second complete seal.  Delivery is via Royal Mail which, from the research we have done, still provides the best service at a reasonable cost.

We continue to look for ways to improve on all aspects of packaging and delivery – for example we are currently testing a biodegradable tray.
