I have just joined the Hotel Chocolat Tasting Club. When will my Introductory Selection arrive?
We aim to deliver your first selection in around 10 days.
Where will the postman leave it?
The postal outers are designed to fit through most letterboxes, so you don’t need to worry about the box being left outside. We also print a request to the postman not to leave the box in heat or direct sunlight.
Can I have the box delivered to an overseas address?
Unfortunately we cannot currently offer an overseas service for the Hotel Chocolat Tasting Club. For overseas gifts though, please see our Hotel Chocolat range.
Can I have the box on a specific date?
We cannot arrange delivery on a specific day. Your box is always sent to you at 4 week intervals, or 8 weeks, or 12 weeks, etc. if you ask us to change this. If you ask to delay your box until a specific month, then we send the box at the beginning of the month you have requested. You can also ask us to send your next box after a specific date.
My box hasn’t arrived this month. Where is it?
We aim to send the box at the same time each month. If it’s more than 5 weeks since your last delivery, and your account is clear, then please call us on 08444 933 933, or email us.
