If you have received chocolates with which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know if we can improve, and will do all we can to put it right for you. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
3. Offers
Any offers we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Enrolments
No enrolment is accepted by The Chocolate Tasting Club until the enrolment has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within 3 working days.
5. Substitution
We continually update the introductory selection to reflect the opinions of our members. The box you receive may contain a few alternative chocolates, but they will all be of the same or higher quality to those featured in promotional material. Our unconditional guarantee stated above applies to this and every selection you receive.
6. Statutory Rights
