Every month founder Angus Thirlwell and his team create a completely new selection. Working with a small cadre of chocolatier partners these creations are turned into reality. They are made in separate ultra-fresh batches exclusively for the Club. Each selection is carefully balanced to provide an exciting and stimulating range of chocolates and textures. In our Classic selections all genres will be featured: dark, milk and white; ganaches, pralines, truffles, manons; pure and whole enrobed fruits, spirits and wines. For dark chocolate lovers the Dark selections feature only dark, dark and nothing but dark!
