Terms and conditions of usage of the Hotel Chocolat Club membership Card (“the Card”) by the Club Member (“the Member”)
1. The Card may be used in Hotel Chocolat stores to obtain a 5% discount off the total value of purchases made, but please note that occasionally some items on sale at a reduced price might be excluded from this discount offer.
2. The Card may be used in Hotel Chocolat stores by the Member as named on the Card and any person who is part of the immediate family of the Member over the age of 18.
3. The Card shall be valid through to the expiry date as shown on the Card, provided that membership of the Club has not been terminated.
4. Members accept that when using the Card details of the purchases may be recorded, stored electronically and used for marketing purposes.
5. The Card shall always remain the property of Hotel Chocolat and shall be handed over upon request.
6. The Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card.
7. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions but shall notify Members beforehand.
Membership cards are sent to all members taking out a regular membership. The card will be sent when the second Tasting Selection is despatched.
